Roles & responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing client/on-site team interaction and understand business requirements
• Set and manage client expectations for project output and timelines on an ongoing basis
• Lead a 4-5 member team in designing & executing analysis, interpreting results and generating key insights
• Create / maintain overall project documentation including issue trackers / delivery trackers / resource utilization
• Responsible for appraising and developing team members
• Contribute to company initiatives in presales and other business development activities
• Work across time zones
Educational qualifications:
• Bachelors in Engineering/MBA / Statistics / Economics with 4+ years experience from premier institutes .
• BE/B-Tech/ MBA with 2 plus years

• Possess strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Manage tasks and/or people with tight deadlines

Secondary skills:
• Project management experience is a plus
